The staff was welcoming, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Really enjoyed the king room with tv/wifi, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The pleasant onsite restaurant had variety of food.

Had a fantastic stay for one night and would want to stay there again. The rooms were beautiful and exceptionally good with good facilities, everything was great. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, great and fab location...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

I was really impressed by how helpful the staff were. They carried our luggage up the stairs without a second thought. It, like they were really there for us. Plus, the breakfast was cooked fresh and was genuinely good, rare from what I've seen.
It was a bit pricier than I hoped but still reasonable for what we got.

Had a spacious room with plenty of light. The location was great for running and it felt safe to walk around. The staff were realy friendly too. Breakfast was decent and cooked to order. Good amenities in the room like a desk and tea/coffee making facilities.
The room had some old furniture and the kettle was kinda outdated.

We explored the beautiful Kelvingrove Park and visited the lively West End, both easily accessible from our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time. The breakfast options were excellent and tasty. Just a heads-up, parking can be pricey, but there are cheaper spots a short walk away!
The only drawback was the bathroom door stuck a bit, making it tricky to close without effort.

Good for budget travelers
We stayed for 1 night while visiting Glasgow, and the staff were super nice! They helped carry our bags up to the top floor, a climb, lol. The breakfast was tasty, but we got a musty basement room-yikes! Still, it was a decent spot for the price, just ask for a better room next time.

Just a prime choice for one night in Glasgow with attractive and competitive value for money. The cooked breakfast was made to order, a nice touch. Be prepared for some noise if your room faces the street.
